There is also a number of third-party FTP applications that you can use. Many of these can be downloaded from the Internet or purchased online. Some common FTP tools include:

  • CuteFTP
  • Windows Commander
  • WS FTP
  • Windows command line FTP
  • Internet explorer

You need

  • the name of the Web server hosting your web site,
  • user name,
  • password

The address of the host.sk's web server is:

You can upload it using one of mentioned FTP programs. Every program especially requires information as user name, password, FTP server address and the name of connection. Use following:

  • username: your host.sk's username

If you log on to ftp.host.sk, you are directly in your web directory, so you can edit your content.
